The Strategic Spanish for Housekeeping Supervisors training program will provide “just-in-time” training for supervisors or managers who need to communicate instructions to Spanish-speaking housekeeping staff. No previous knowledge of Spanish is necessary! The modules will take you through simplified steps to learn how to pronounce correctly and deliver basic instructions directly to your cleaning staff.
Because training costs can be expensive for businesses with high employee turnover, our cultural competency component adds extra value to this program. You will learn how to leverage best cultural practices to earn the loyalty and cooperation of your Hispanic employees.
Upon completion, print out an official certificate to submit to management.
